FAQ
Heavy item delivery questions
What counts as a heavy item?
Anything too heavy or awkward for a regular delivery: pianos, safes, pool tables, large appliances, sectionals, aquariums, vending machines and similar pieces.
How is heavy item delivery priced?
Item handling price, plus a stair price at pickup and at drop-off, plus a truck and helpers, plus mileage between the two addresses. Elevators and ground floors have no stair charge. You see the total before you pay.
My item isn't listed. Can you still move it?
Yes. On the booking page add it with its weight and size, and the price is calculated from the weight and the stairs.
Can I book several heavy items at once?
Yes. Pick one item, then add the others on the next screen. They travel in one trip.
Can you pick up from a store or a seller?
Yes. Add the store's or seller's name and phone on the booking page so the crew can coordinate the pickup.
Which areas do you serve?
Southern California: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties.
