How much does freight delivery cost?
Price per truck = base (first 10 miles and the loading time included) + miles × rate + extra time in 15-minute blocks. Time counts from the start of loading to the end of unloading; drive time is not billed.

Freight delivery questions
How is the freight delivery price calculated?
Each truck has a base price that includes the first 10 miles and 60 minutes of loading and unloading. Miles 11–50 and miles beyond 50 each have a per-mile rate, and extra time is billed in 15-minute blocks. There is no fuel surcharge, and you see the total before you pay.
Do I need a loading dock?
No. Every truck has a liftgate and a pallet jack, so a dock is optional at both ends. We can't take loads that need a forklift on site.
How many pallets fit in each truck?
16 ft: 6 pallets (4,000 lb), 18 ft: 8 pallets (5,000 lb), 20 ft: 9 pallets (6,000 lb), 24 ft: 12 pallets (8,000 lb), 26 ft: 14 pallets (10,000 lb). A booking can use up to 5 trucks.
My freight is not on pallets yet. Can you palletize it?
Yes. The crew stacks, wraps and straps your boxes on pallets for $100 for the first pallet and $50 for each one after.
Can you pick up now and deliver later?
Yes. The carrier holds your freight for up to 7 days at $100 per truck per day, then delivers on the date you choose.
Do you ship freight to other states?
Not yet. Online booking covers freight within California, up to 900 miles one way. For a load to or from another state, call us and we'll tell you what we can do.
Who carries my freight?
A partner carrier that TopHelpers has verified for freight: USDOT number, California Motor Carrier Permit and insurance. The carrier is named on your booking and on the bill of lading.
Can you deliver today?
Often, yes. Pickups that start within 4 hours of booking, and weekend pickups, add 20%.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before the pickup window. Later cancellations cost $100 per truck; the rest is refunded.
