I was completely overwhelmed before moving day. We were relocating our family after selling our house, and the timing of the sale and purchase left us with very little room for mistakes. I had two children, a house full of furniture, and boxes everywhere. When the Zeta crew arrived, I immediately felt some of the pressure come off my shoulders. They walked through the house with me, figured out what needed to go first, and started working. They were careful with our furniture and surprisingly patient when I changed my mind about where a few things should go. At the new house, they helped get the children's beds into their rooms first. By the end of the day, I was exhausted but incredibly relieved. It was a stressful chapter of our lives, and having a professional crew handle the physical part made a huge difference.

We had a piano that I was extremely nervous about moving. It belonged to my mother and had been in our family for decades. I had heard enough moving horror stories to worry about every possible thing that could go wrong. The Zeta movers looked at the piano and the entryway before doing anything. They were careful with the rest of our furniture too, but the piano was the real test for me. When I saw it safely sitting in the new living room, I was honestly relieved. The crew was professional from beginning to end, and I would absolutely recommend them.

I had a one-bedroom place but several very heavy pieces, including a solid wood dresser and a large couch. The movers were polite and explained how they planned to get the heavier items out. They worked quickly without making me feel like they were rushing. One box ended up in the wrong room, but they moved it after I mentioned it. Overall, it was a good experience and much easier than moving everything myself.

We had a move involving a home office and a lot of paperwork. I was particularly concerned about the filing cabinets because some of them were extremely heavy. The movers had the right equipment and worked together to get them out safely. They also protected the desks and computer equipment. The move took most of the day, but there were no major problems. One cabinet was placed in the wrong room at the new office, but that was corrected before they left. Overall, I'd recommend them.

The actual work was fine; I just think the timing could have been managed better.

We needed help moving a few large pieces rather than an entire household. It was mainly a piano, a sectional, a heavy entertainment center, and several boxes. The movers were careful with the piano and didn't rush the difficult parts. The sectional also had to be maneuvered through a narrow doorway. Everything made it inside without damage. The only downside was that the scheduling communication wasn't perfect and I had to confirm the arrival time myself. The crew itself was excellent.

My refrigerator was one of the biggest concerns because the doorway at the new place was extremely narrow. The movers figured out how to get it through, but the process took quite a while and there was some uncertainty about the best approach. They eventually got it inside without major damage, which was a relief. Most of the rest of the move went normally. I appreciated that they didn't force the refrigerator through and risk damaging it, but the overall move was slower and less organized than I expected.

We were moving from a condo into a house and had accumulated a lot of furniture over the years. The movers were organized during the loading process and seemed to know how to maximize the truck space. I was especially impressed with how they packed the fragile items around the larger furniture instead of just stacking everything randomly. Unloading was a little slower because the new house had multiple floors, but they still placed the main furniture where we wanted it. There were a few minor delays, but overall it was a good experience.

Nothing disastrous happened, but there were enough little things that I couldn't give five stars.
