We had a family move that involved three bedrooms, a garage, and a lot of outdoor equipment. The movers were clearly working hard, especially with the heavier boxes and furniture from the garage. The problem was that the truck loading wasn't as organized as I expected, and we had difficulty finding several boxes when we arrived. We eventually located everything, but it made unpacking more frustrating. The crew was friendly and nothing major was damaged. I'd call it an average experience rather than a bad one.
