The actual moving work was okay, but the scheduling could have been better. The crew arrived later than the original time window, which put us behind schedule. Once they arrived, they worked hard and handled the larger furniture reasonably well. One small table had a minor scratch, but nothing major was damaged. They were polite when I brought it up and finished the move without any serious problems. I'd give the moving crew credit for working hard, but communication could definitely improve.

The movers did a really good job with our move from a second-floor apartment. They had to carry several heavy pieces down the stairs and were careful not to hit the walls. I appreciated that they wrapped our furniture before loading it. At the new house, they placed the main furniture where we wanted it. The only issue was a minor delay getting started, which is why I'm giving four stars. Other than that, I was happy with the service.

The crew was nice and worked steadily, but I think there should have been more attention paid to the boxes marked fragile. The overall experience was okay, just not exceptional.

The loading was better than the unloading because at the new house several items were left near the entrance instead of being taken to the rooms where we wanted them. We eventually got everything sorted out ourselves. No major damage, but I expected more attention to the final placement.
