TopHelpers was launched in 2022. Primarily, we were movers who started our own moving company after some time and managed it for many years. The reason we came up with the idea of starting this platform is that we have experienced countless cases in which we’ve noticed a lot of disadvantages of other moving platforms. More specifically, a lot of unfair business practices from companies to customers and also customer-to-company relations. Anything can happen in moving, sometimes even the best company will not be able to satisfy a client or even the best customer may file a claim. We are all humans and make mistakes. So, we started TopHelpers to bring ease to the moving industry and we are here for transparency and fairness towards consumers and movers alike. A little example of our system is this: if a company is bad, a customer can write a bad review, and vice versa if a customer is bad, a company can write a bad review for the customer.
